Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment #1 and an Extension to Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number 1600-2020-0096-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, K. Hovnanian at Jaeger Ranch, LLC. Amendment #1 increased the project footprint due mass grading within and along the buffer that were previously intended to be avoided. This change resulted in an increase in permanent habitat impacts which also affect the amount of mitigation required. The Extension extended the Agreement expiration from August 5, 2025 to August 5, 2030.
