- The proposed project includes the development of the 530-acre property for mixed uses including approximately 1690 residential units in three residential communities, two (2) commercial parcels, 20 acres of park and recreation facilities including 2.5 miles of trail, and a 198-acre nature preserve deeded to the South Sacramento Conservation Agency. Vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle infrastructure improvements are also included in the project including construction of Rancho Cordova Parkway, Chrysanthy Boulevard, and various water, sewer, and storm drain systems. The project will participate in the South Sacramento Habitat Conservation Plan (SSHCP) which includes plan-specific design specifications and adherence to onsite preserve criteria. The project includes the following components: mass grading, five (5) detention basin outfalls, a box culvert, a ConSpan Crossing, and utility trenching.
