Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed
Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0239-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation. The project is limited to replacement of existing culverts, extension of culvert lengths, reduction of culvert outlet, vegetation removal or trimming, and installation or replacement of existing headwalls and/or rock slope protection. This is to advise that CDFW, acting as a Responsible Agency, approved the above described project on the date signed below and has made the following determinations regarding the project pursuant to California Code of Regulations section 15096, subdivision (i)

Five (5) projects are located along State Route (SR) 70 in Plumas County on intermittent and ephemeral tributaries to the North Fork Feather River and East Branch North Fork Feather River. The projects extend between post miles 3.7 and 30.70 on SR 70 from Storrie to 2.2 miles west of State Route 89, approximately 39 miles northeast of the city of Oroville, State of California.
