Replace and realign the existing 22-ft, functionally obsolete Watt's Creek Bridge on Watt's Valley Rd with a new, 47-ft single-span, cast-in-place, reinforced concrete slab bridge to be placed approx 50 ft downstream of the existing bridge. Demolition of the existing bridge will occur when construction of the replacement bridge is complete.
