Document Description
The proposed mixed-use project consists of multi-family residential dwelling units, multi-tenant commercial buildings, a vehicle fueling station, a drive-thru restaurant, two hotels, a RV overnight parking component, and on-site activities (e.g., farmers market, outdoor entertainment). A minor CUP has been submitted for freeway oriented signage up to 60 ft in height, as measured from the grade of the adjacent freeway. As part of the proposed development the applicant has submitted a parcel map subdividing 8 parcels into 15 parcels. Construction on the project is anticipated to being in 2019, with full occupancy anticipated by 2022.
