Document Description
Caltrans has considered the Initial Stud/MND as prepared by the lead agency and based on the documents prepared by the Lead Agency. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit for the following work: A portion of the new pipeline will be installed under SR198 using a jack and bore method. Both boring pits will be located outside of Caltrans right of way. The pipeline will be a maximum 36 inch diameter casing and 24 inch high density polyethylene pressure pipe with the casing.
