Document Description
Development of 4.9 acres south of Collins Blvd and east of Yerba Blvd will include grading and compacting, construction of a parking lot, retention pond, driveway, perimeter chain-link privacy fence, foundation and erection of 6 buildings approx 10,000 sf each (with poles every 8 ft). The 6 buildings will include 4 buildings that are GHG (10,000 sf each) with floors and 2 buildings that are pre-fabricated steel warehouses (9,600 sf each) constructed in two phases. All construction, other than road improvements will be within the project site footprint. The first phase will include the construction of the perimeter fence, parking lot, grading and preparation of the entire parcel, driveway, retention.
