Document Description
Project would demolish 2 existing on-site residences and associated structures (i.e., 3 sheds and detached garage), and construct an approx. 150-ft single tube automated indoor express car wash within an approx. 5,486 sf one-story car wash building, and associated surface parking lot with 24 parking spaces under vacuum bay canopies and 5 employees parking spaces. Project would include approx 26,002 sf of landscaping and open space (42% of total site). Approx 80% of water used for wash would be recycled. Approx 8-month construction schedule with demolition activities anticipated to start in April 2019, and construction completion by November 2019.
