Document Description
The proposed project consists of relocating the deadstock skinning and transfer station to the western portion of the project property and would not increase the annual operations or throughout of the plant. The existing plant covers approx 16.4 acres and will be demolished down to the foundations, and a replacement facility covering 16.4 acres will be constructed approx 800 ft west of the current site. The High Speed Rail project will remove the remaining foundations when construction for that section of the rail line is undertaken. Access to the facility will be from SR 43 via a new driveway to the project site.
