Document Description
The project proposes to install an approx 324-sf Verizon Wireless telecommunications facility that would include 12 panel antennas on a new 60-ft mono eucalyptus tower, which would resemble a eucalyptus tree. The antennas would be mounted at an effective height of about 51 ft above ground. The branches of the moneucalyptus would have an estimated diameter of 32 ft. The proposed project would also include installation of ancillary components. The project would be surrounded by an 8-ft tall CMU block wall. Landscaping would surround the facility. The proposed project involves the following city planning case: CUP 2015-720.
