Note: Review Per Lead The project would widen Soto Street from three lanes to four lanes (two lanes in each direction) by adding an additional through lane in the southbound direction; add and widen approximately 2,500 feet of sidewalk on the west side of the street and add approximately 2,700 feet of new sidewalk on the east side of the street; create a new striped median and add protected bicycle lanes and shoulders to both sides of Soto Street; and incorporate Green Street elements consisting of infiltration basins with drought-tolerant planting, that would include approximately 2,500 feet of new storm drain culvert. The project would also improve the existing signalized intersection of Multnomah Street and Soto Street as well street lighting improvements along Soto Street.
