Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBA-31859-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Strauss Wind, LLC. The project is limited to installation of two culvert crossings over unnamed tributaries to Canada Honda Creek. The construction is associated an access road to wind turbine W8 for the Strauss Wind Energy Project. Project activities will consist of grading and fill to construct the access road. In the two locations where the access road crosses the unnamed tributaries to Canada Honda Creek, culverts at each outlet will be installed to bypass the natural streambeds, which will be filled by clean dirt. Each culvert outlet will have an energy dissipating rip-rap pad.
