Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBA-23038-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Strauss Wind, LLC.
The project (Project) is limited to construction of a temporary bridge crossing San Miguelito Creek. The bridge will free span the creek and will not touch any of the wetted channel. There will be approximately 75 square feet of gravel placed on either end of the bridge as abutments and then 85 square feet of bridge crossing the creek. The bridge will be removed when access across the bridge is no longer necessary.
