Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed ITP Amendment number 2080-2018-010-05-A1, pursuant to section 2081 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Strauss Wind, LLC. As a result of the impossibility of implementing certain mitigation requirements as written in the ITP, the Major Amendment makes changes to the ITP for the following reasons: 1) document additional avoidance measures in the project description; 2) minimize take of, and reduce indirect impacts to, Covered Species; 3) delete and replace Condition of Approval 9.2 (the off-site mitigation); and 4) make additional conforming changes to other Conditions of Approval throughout the ITP that resulted from the changes. CDFW received the Major Amendment request on May 20, 2020.
