The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-314-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Strauss Energy, LLC. The overall project is the construction of a commercial wind energy farm on 5,618 acres of land. This Agreement covers project activities that will impact stream areas. These activities include improvements to existing roads, the construction of new access roads, wind turbine pads, a laydown yard, and a water well
