- The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The 14.10 acre project consists of developing two areas, separated by a road, for commercial and light manufacturing development. A total of 1,507 cubic yards of clean soil will be used to fill 0.934 acre of wetland, avoiding 0.261 acre wetland as required by the US Corps of Engineers. No dewatering will occur within the project area. No wet concrete will be placed into the wetland. The Project will permanently impact 0.934 acres of waters of the US.
