Document Description
Project is limited to two temporary C lass I crossings. The Willard Creek Crossing is a broad ford with a temporary culvert crossing proposed during harvesting activity. The East Fork Willard Creek Crossing is an existing ford, and if the crossing is dry during the time of use, 3 inch minus rock will be placed at the crossing. If flowing water is present at the time of use, a temporary culvert shall be installed. Prior to October 15th, and upon completion of use, the culverts shall be removed. The project has been notified pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1600 (et. sec).
