Document Description
The Final Map 37107 subdivides approx 130 acres into 6 fee-title parcels that are buildable lots and one lot for a potential low water use demonstration garden. Subdivision access relies on an extension of Cactus Ave to the west, as well as the development of two additional streets, Street A and Street B. Final Map 37107 will not amend any prior entitlements and is subject to all prior approvals and conditions related to the meridian west lower plateau project, GPA GP16-01, Zoning request Z16-01, VTTM 37107 and MPP P16-04.
