Document Description
Approximately 21 miles of highways pavement will be reconstructed through cold in-place recycle of existing pavement with a hot mix asphalt overlay. Current pavement has deteriroated beyond what routine maintenance and fix. The public will benefit from this project through improved ride quality and reduced maintenance costs.
