Broadbent & Associates, on behalf of Wayside Inn, would conduct soil and groundwater characterization (soil borings) as directed by the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit in order to allow proposed borings within the operational right of way of SR 395.
