Document Description
They Physics Condensed Matter Experimental (CME) Laboratory Renovations project would complete 3 lab renovations within the existing Physics Building located on the second floor and basement. The renovated lab area would be approx 5,000 gsf. The project location has previously been used for office, machine and welding shops, and other lab functions. The project includes a new air supply and exhaust system, new mechanical equipment on the roof, a new chilled water system, and a new helium recovery system.
