CDFW has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-02038-R4, issued to the Merced Irrigation District.
The project involves activities related constructing rock diversion dams in the Merced River at the heads of six diversion ditches. Dam installation will result in backing up water and guiding flow into the diversion ditches. The amendment includes that installation and removal of a temporary crossing needed to complete dam installation at one location.
