Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0428-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kwablah Attiogobe/Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.
The 10.763-acre project site encompasses approximately 2.3 miles of Laguna Creek, known by the Permittee as Zone 6 Line E. The project is limited to four distinct components: 1) improvement at the Laguna Creek crossing of I-880; 2) channel widening between Grimmer Boulevard and Auto Mall parkway; 3) improvements at the Laguna Creek crossing of Auto mall Parkway, and 4) channel widening between Auto Mall Parkway and Fremont Boulevard and improvemens at the Laguna Creek Fremont Boulevard Crossing.
