Document Description
The Project involves the remediation for habitat disturbance associated with unauthorized take of the Covered species and cultural support efforts associated with three damaged individuals to prevent mortality which were run over by a construction vehicle at the Project Area during the implementation of the larger Rosamond Mojave Rehab Project.
The Project may result in take of western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia), including mortality (“kill”). Western Joshua tree is a candidate for State listing under the California Endangered Species Act. Permittee will mitigate through the purchase of a single western Joshua tree credit from a CDFW-approved conservation bank.
