Document Description
The current condition of concrete pavement, on SR 14 in the project area, is in a state of deterioration and can no longer be maintained through routine maintenance. Caltrans plans remove and replace approx 18-20 mi of concrete pavement. The public will benefit from this project through this increased ride quality and reduced maintenance costs.
