Up to 5,633 acre-feet of MWA's approved 2018 SWP Table A Water will be delivered to Santa Barbara by December 31, 2018. In exchange, Santa Barbara will return to MWA, based on an unbalanced exchange of 4:1, up to 1,409 acre-feet of Santa Barbara's future approved SWP Table A Water to MWA's turnouts in Reach 22B of the California Aqueduct by December 31, 2028.
