Reasons for Exemption
The project will installa number of energy conservation to offset energy use at city-owned sites. Some small trees and vegetation will be removed and some slight grading will occur to accomodate the solar PV systems. These measures do not expand any existing use of the facilities where they will be installed. Minor alteration to existing facilities; Replacement of reconstruction of existing structures.
