Document Description
The project consists of a Major Design Review, Tentative Parcel Map with Design Review for subdivision layout, and Tree removal permit for the construction of a new 163,832 square foot, three-story residential care facility for the elderly located at the southwest corner of Backer Ranch Rd and Bruceville Rd within the East Franklin Specific Plan. The facility will include 20 rooms for memory care, 117 assisted living rooms, 102 parking stalls, and associated landscaping site improvements on a vacant parcel zoned RD-20. The tentative parcel map will subdivide the approximately 9.44 acre parcel into two new parcels.
