The proposed project would involve the extension of existing Coxcom Inc., telecommunication facilities in order to provide telecommunication service tp Embarcadero Marina Park South in San Diego, CA. The proposed project would extend existing telecommunication service by installing underground conduit and cable to intercept telecommunication service at an existing conduit.
The proposed project would involve issuance of an Easement Agreement to Coxcom for approx. 929 square feet of tideland area located in the City of San Diego, CA. The agreement would be for the purpose of construction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and inspection of cable, data, and telecommunication facilities and appurtenances, as well as ingress and egress in support of those activities.
