The CA Conservation Corps seek to acquire approx. one acre of land located at 1802 and 1808 Santa Fe Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA. The subject property is developed with two single-story warehouse-type buildings, a shared driveway and paved parking between the two buildings. Each building contains five units that are currently occupied with various commercial business. Three of the ten units are currently occupied with various commercial business. Three of the ten units that are currently occupied by the CCCs. Once the state acquires the subject property, the CCCs will utilize all ten units and be the only occupant.
