Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to place rock slope protection (RSP) at the Dry Creek Bridge (#38-0152) abutments on the south side slope, along Dry Creek at the crossing of state route 132 at post mile 15.6 in the City of Modesto, Stanislaus County. All work will be restricted to the Caltrans right-of-way. The purpose of this project is to prevent further deterioration of the levee supporting the bridge abutment, and the need of this project is to prevent the exposure of the abutment wall foundation by protecting the abutment slopes from erosion.
