Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes an overlay project on State Route 145 in Fresno and Madera counties. Work would occur near Kerman from 0.1 mile north of State Route 180 to Barstow Ave and near Madera from Ave 12 to Perkins Rd, The project would remove and replace failed asphalt concrete pavement, overlay existing pavement, and place up to three feet of shoulder backing. No new right of way would be required.
