Document Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles seeks to purchase approximately 3 acres of land located southeast of the intersection of East Dinuba Ave and South Buttonwillow Ave approx. 1.5 miles from downtown Reedley, Fresno County, California. The Department of Motor Vehicles is proposing the replacement of an existing 3,816 gross square foot (GSF) field office. The replacement office would be a new single story facility of approximately 14,000 GSF with 102 parking spaces which will include site work, utilities, walkways, curbs, gutters signage, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, gate, trash enclosures, site drainage, site lighting, anf surface parking. Future actions, including development of this property, will undergo complete environmental review as required by CEQA.
