Document Description
The project is a rulemaking action taken by the DOGGR to: 1) expand the scope of existing pipeline testing and inspection requirements to include all gas pipeline sin sensitive areas that are ten or more years old; and 2) supplement the existing requirements for oil and gas operators to maintain Pipeline Management Plans. The rulemaking amends CA Code of Regulations, title 14, sections 1760, 1774, 1774.1, and 1774.2.
