Document Description
Install a new interpretive panel at the Garden of Eden at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park to provide visitors with information about the hazards of diving/jumping into the river. In a location next to the river, work will:
Use a posthole digger to excavate one 3' foot deep hole and install one 3"x3" post;
Pour concrete into the hole to secure post;
Attach one 18"x28" aluminum information panel to the post; and
Place some of the excavated soil over concrete at base to conceal.
