Caltrans will cold plane off 0.15' in the outside lane and then place back 0.15' of HMA, 12' x 0.33' dig-outs as needed and fog seal shoulders. All work will be done within the existing roadbed hinge points. This project will involve the removal of thermoplastic pavement markings and a lead compliance plan.
