Document Description
The Millennium Pacific Greenhouses Water System proposes to drill and develop a potable water supply well that will supply drinking water to a new greenhouse facility by Millennium Pacific Greenhouses, U.S.A. It is anticipated that a 470 feet. depth well will be constructed with an 8-inch diameter steel casing with an approximate capacity of 100 gallons per minute. Chlorination will be installed at the well discharge for the potable water system. A 35-gallon double walled tank will be installed with a chemical feed pump rated for approx. 0.05 gallons per hour at 100 pounds per sq. in. A 10,000 gallon welded steel storage tank will be installed on the potable water system. The approximate dimensions would be 12-ft diameter by 12-ft tall. A 4 inch submersible pump will be installed in the new potable water well. The well pump will discharge the water to a 10,000 gallon welded steel storage tank approx. 1,750 ft to the northwest of the well. The conveyance pipeline is anticipated to be a 3-inch PVC water line. The area beneath the well foundation will be over-excavated approx. 18 inches and re-compacted and then restored to original conditions.
