The vacant property is a 7-acre site (3.9 net useable acres) and is currently owned by the Wellington Group, LLC. There is no existing tenant or current lease term on the parcel. Following the University's acquisition of the Property, the campus would seek project approvals for any subsequent work that might be needed in accordance with University policy following a determination of CEQA Compliance.
