Document Description
This project will issue a ROE permit to allow PG&E access to lands within Hearst San Simeon State Park to perform maintenance of existing power poles. All work will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to EQA, NEPA, Section 5024 of the California Public Resources Code, the Endangered Species Act and Fish and Game Code, as well as Federal Endangered Species Act and Fish and Wildlife Code.
