Document Description
The Downieville Public Utility District is applying for a Safe Drinking Water - State Revolving Fund construction grant or loan from the State of California to fund preliminary engineering, environmental, plans, and specs, a Construction Contract are related support to replace the two existing 100,000 leaking treated water storage tanks. The work under this grant will include all work to deliver an approved application and funding scenario; studies supporting a categorical Exemption environmental certification by the Lead agency (DPUD Board); developing final plans specifications; and estimate; bid process; and construction contract and administration to deliver the preferred alternative project.
