Document Description
The proposed project would removate approximately 24,786 assignable square feet (ASF) of space on the first and second floors of the Muir Biology building. Scope of work would include upgrades to various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the research facilities. Scope of work would also include space improvements and modifications, with removal and replacment of walls for research lab spaces, procedure rooms, microscopy rooms, constant temperature rooms, private and shared offices, break rooms, a conference room and meeting rooms. Work would also include restroom accessibility upgrades.
