The Central Valley Regional Water Board is Issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project, The Project consists of widening shoulders along three segments of SR-29, In addition, a 12-foot wide northbound truck climbing lane will be constructed and 8 existing drainage structures will be repaired and extended, The Project will permanently Impact 0.010 acre/170 linear feet and temporarily impact 0.018 acre/80 linear feet of of Waters of the United States from fill activities.
