Document Description
The project would involve the demolition of the existing on-site Trinity Annex building complex and conversion of the site into a surface parking lot with approx 78-88 parking spaces for HSU permit holders and 13,000 sf of greenspace space located along the west and south sides of the parking lot. A bus shelter, benches, bicycle parking, and a bike repair station would also be constructed on the project site, along 14th St. The project would also involve alteration of the public ROW to provide two bus berths along 14th St, where a bus stop presently exists, and two bus parking berths along B St. Vehicle access to the site would be provided via a driveway on 13th St. The project would also include an amendment to the 2004 HSU Campus Master Plan to allow for the use of the project site as a parking lot.
