A temporary plastic pipeline positioned along the Pilarcitos Creek Rd alignment would be removed and replaced with a permanent buried ductile iron pipeline along the same alignment. The new pipeline would tie into an existing San Francisco PUC pipeline at the north end and an existing Coastside County Water District pipeline at the south end.
