Document Description
Use permit application UP-2017-01539, Variance application V-2018-00076, and parcel map application PM-2018-00077, Dollar General and Fast Food Restaurant. The proposed project is a use permit and variance request to construct a 7,500 sf Dollar General grocery store and a 2,667-sf fast food restaurant with drive-through service encroaching in the 100-year floodplain of Olney Creek and the required creek corridor setback. The parcel map proposes to divide the property into two parcels creating a separate parcel for each building.
