Zone change 04RZ-018 to rezone a 28.2+/- parcel from RE-2:MX and RE-5:MX as follows:RE-2:MX -- 17.9+/-, RE-3:MX--4.7+/- acres and O --5.6+/- acres, under title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. CUP 06-003 to allow the construction of a 17,520 sf addition on an existing 19,940 sf church building, the operation of a splash pool with waterslide, a commercial coach for use with the pool, the installation of lighting for an existing athletic field, a detached 3,200 sf recreation/classroom building and twelve annual outdoor events. Also, tentative parcel map 04T-056(3) to divide the 28.2+/- acre parcel into two 2.1+/- acre parcels and one 24.1+/- acre parcel.
