Document Description
The project is a five-lot subdivision on a 23.42-acre parcel located at 10501 Herb Road, Windsor, CA (APN 086-220-022). Proposed lots range in size from 3.2-7.1 acres. Lots will be sold for custom homes. The Map provides building setback lines so future home site development will avoid sensitive biological areas, including wetlands and oak trees. A 200-foot agricultural buffer is provided along the western edge and a 22-foot trail easement is provided along the eastern edge, bordering the SMART corridor. Access would be provided via a new public cul-de-sac at the end of Herb Road and private driveways connecting to the cul-de-sac.
