Document Description
The project is a five-lot subdivision on a 23.42-acre parcel located at 10501 Herb Road, Windsor, CA (APN 086-220-022). Proposed lots range in size from 3.2-7.1 acres. The subdivision would include construction of a new cul-de-sac at the end of Herb Rd. Access to individual lots would be from a private drive connecting to the cul-de-sac. Following approval of a Final Map, individual lots could be sold for custom homes. An accessory dwelling unit will be required on each lot in tandem with construction of a primary residence.
