Document Description
The CA Tahoe Conservancy proposes to relocate the current Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association corporation yard from 2.21 acres of sensitive land in the Upper Truckee River marsh (El Dorado County APN 022-210-37) to 0.99 acres of developable land along Venice Drive East The project includes the construction of a new building (4,853 square feet) to house the Tahoe Keys Property Owner's Association landscpaing, maintenance, and water quality control departments, and asphalt parking lot (15,333 square feet), and concrete pad (8,100 square feet) that will be used to store and dry aquatic invasive species harvested from the Tahoe Keys lagoons.
