The proposed project, called the Lakeport Apartments, is a 24 unit multi-family, new construction, residential apartment project located on approx 3.5 acres of land (the development site) within a larger 10.5 acre parcel of land identified as APN 025-431-16. The project will be an affordable multi-family housing development requiring income qualification for residency. The subject site is located in west central Lakeport about 3/4 of a mile from downtown Lakeport. The apartments will be available to families earning up to 60% of the Lake County Area Median Income.
